Our systems engineers have unique EMC and IBM Professional Certifications in the areas of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, IBM Virtual Partitioning, IBM PowerHA and IBM enterprise storage and EMC storage solutions. These individual certifications are vital in order to deliver a complete services solution. Hardware problems can very rarely be diagnosed and resolved in isolation from the IBM AIX Operating System Software. We have five experienced IBM engineers who are available to deliver complex technical support solutions to IBM customers.
